  Singapore.The Manager of MI-REIT is MacarthurCook Investment Managers (Asia) Limited, will be jointly owned by MacarthurCook Limited (92.5 percent) (“MCK“) and United Engineers Development Pte Ltd (7.5 percent), a wholly owned subsidiary of United Engineers Limited (“UEL”). MCK, which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, manages over A$1 billion of direct real estate, real estate securities and mortgages on behalf of over 15,000 investors.The principal investment objective of the Manager is to invest in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate located throughout Asis that is used for industrial purposes, including, but not limited to warehousing, manufacturing and distribution activities.As at 15 November 2006, the Properties are valued at $316.2 million and comprise an aggregate net lettable area of 194,980.7 sq m.
