• Suntec REIT owns prime office and retail space in the Central Business District of Singapore (“CBD“). As at 30 September 2005, Suntec REIT’s portfolio comprised office and retail properties in Suntec City, a prime landmark property strategically located in the CBD and the largest integrated commercial complex in Singapore (including
  Singapore‘s largest shopping mall). This portfolio was underpinned by a diversified pool of more than 250 retail and 100 office tenants bringing in a gross annualized revenue of over S$130 million for the period ended 30 September 2005.

• In October 2005, Suntec REIT acquired Park Mall and announced the proposed acquisition of Chijmes, both prime properties also located in the CBD and served by major Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Interchange Stations. Chijmes, in particular, is a historical landmark and recognized by UNESCO as as Asia Pacific Culture Heritage Conservation Building.

Macquarie MEAG Prime Real Estate Investment Trust (formerly: Prime Real Estate Investment Trust)

• MMP REIT is managed by an external manager, Macquarie Pacific Star Prime REIT Management Limited, which is 50 per cent indirectly owned by Australia’s Macquarie Bank Limited, 25 per cent indirectly owned by Germany’s ERGO Trust GmbH and 25 per cent indirectly owned by Investmore Enterprises Ltd.

• Parkway Life REIT is established by Parkway Holdings Limited to invest primarily in income-producing real estate and/or real estate-related assets in the Asia-Pacific region (including Singapore) that are used primarily for healthcare and/or healthcare-related purposes (including but not limited to, hospitals, healthcare facilities and real estate and/or real estate assets used in connection with healthcare research, education, and the manufacture or storage of drugs, medicine and other healthcare goods and devices), whether wholly or partially owned, and whether directly or indirectly held through the ownership of special purpose vehicles whose primary purpose is to own such real estate.The Manager of Parkway Life REIT, PHR Management Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore on 19 April 2007 and changed its name to Parkway Trust Management Pte Ltd. The Manager subsequently changed its name to Parkway Trust Management Limited on 12 July 2007.The Manager’s key financial objective is to provide Unitholders with attractive total returns by, among other things:
  a) acquiring healthcare dedicated investment properties that meet the Manager’s investment criteria;
  b) actively managing Parkway Life REIT’s property portfolio to enhance the returns from the property portfolio; and
  c) employing appropriate capital financing and hedging strategies to manage fluctuation risks in interest rates and foreign exchange risks.Parkway Life REIT will initially invest in and own the following properties, all of which are located in Singapore:
  The Mount Elizabeth Hospital Property;
  The Gleneagles Hospital Property; and
  The East Shore Hospital Property

Macarthurcook Industrial REIT

• MacarthurCook Industrial REIT(“MI-REIT”) is a REIT established in Singapore with a well-diversified initial portfolio of 12 industrial properties in
  Singapore.The Manager of MI-REIT is MacarthurCook Investment Managers (Asia) Limited, will be jointly owned by MacarthurCook Limited (92.5 percent) (“MCK“) and United Engineers Development Pte Ltd (7.5 percent), a wholly owned subsidiary of United Engineers Limited (“UEL”). MCK, which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, manages over A$1 billion of direct real estate, real estate securities and mortgages on behalf of over 15,000 investors.The principal investment objective of the Manager is to invest in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate located throughout Asis that is used for industrial purposes, including, but not limited to warehousing, manufacturing and distribution activities.As at 15 November 2006, the Properties are valued at $316.2 million and comprise an aggregate net lettable area of 194,980.7 sq m.
• MI-REIT’s tenants are engaged in diverse trade sectors, including construction and engineering, manufacturing, logistics and warehousing, research and echnology. The Properties are located across

K-REIT ASIA

• K-REIT Asia is a real estate investment trust established in Singapore pursuant to the Trust Deed and managed by K-REIT Asia Management Limited. K-REIT Asia is establised with the objective of generating stable returns to Unitholders by owning and investing in portfolio of quality real estate and real estate-related assets which are income-producing and are predominantly used for commercial purposes.K-REIT Asia will initially invest in and own the following properties, all of which are currently owned by wholly owned subsidiares of Keppel Land:
